This week's music naturally is by Andrea; the title track from her EP Reverie.

Terrific interview!

Hey Meadows. Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed your interview. The questions were excellent - not fluff (I hate that kind of stuff). It's too bad the coffee shop didn't turn out as quiet as you would probably have hoped :)

James Pew is an interesting individual I started following after I started following Andrea (I was one of those Tweeple that saw her at her EP release, terrific show with cookies made by Andrea herself!), and I plan on taking a look at your interview with him right after this comment.

Andrea is the first artist I've discovered through social media (I can't exactly remember how I came across her music, it may have been through Blip.fm - a platform that Andrea didn't touch on but she is active on there) and I must say that Twitter has made me feel connected to an artist in a more intimate way than any others before. You can love a band like The Rolling Stones or (in my case Queens of the Stone Age) but can you Tweet with them? Can you share music with them? Those bands are just too big. I think Social Media is going to completely change the 'indie' scene and keep artists more down-to-earth, as I think the ones who will be most successful will work by Andrea's method of "you get back what you give" and collaboration.

Thanks Jason!!

Yes, noise was an issue, especially when the owner turned on the coffee grinder :( Ah well.

Glad you like the interview - Andrea was fun to talk with!
