What We Do

Dinner and Demonstration 

All dishes (except glassware), cutlery, cookware, ingredients come to you, along with the chef. (Alcohol is not included.) A cooking demonstration is provided by James in your kitchen, and you enjoy a three course meal. Prices are per person, with extra consideration given to special or seasonal ingredients. For more information, please call for consultation regarding menu, date and time, as well as any food related allergies of those attending.

Team Building Classes

James has done dinner demonstrations as team building exercises. He has a very approachable teaching method, and his well-timed sense of humour in the kitchen puts everyone at ease. Questions and conversation among the group flows as the class progresses.
